The apartment has a kitchen, 1 full bathroom, a bathroom without a toilet and has air conditioning, heating and free high-speed WIFI internet. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.



Renovated flat with excellent location in Plaza España, in a quiet and safe area. It has excellent public transport communication and is close to many tourist attractions. Ideal for congress and fair visitors at Fira de Barcelona, because it is next to the apartment.

This apartment has automated entry. This will allow you and any member of your group to access the apartment without keys. We do not apply the late check-in charge :)



It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are some basic rules:



- Keep the apartment in perfect condition.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Do not disturb the neighbours, especially at night from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

- No more people shall stay in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.



The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night is not included in the price. It is applied from 17 years old and for the first 7 nights of the stay.



The apartment is delivered clean and checked. During the stay, they can request an extra cleaning service if needed.
