"Amazing stay! Texted and let us know when the house would be ready. The home was filled with many little details that were perfect for our week stay and helped us with our park days at Dreams. Would highly recommend staying here!"
Cooperstown Hall of Fame, Dreams Park Baseball, Ommegang #1 Location in the area
10/10 Excellent
"This was a great place to stay. Three good sized bedrooms, all with double beds. Two great bathrooms with good water pressure. Appliances worked great. Living area was comfortable. The place was overall pretty clean when we got there. They also had supplies like trashbags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. There was even some shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. available. There were plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Literally my only "sort of" complaint is that the property is on a fairly busy road, so in order to walk our dog, we had to take him closer into town. But honestly, it was nice seeing the town anyway, so that wasn't even a big deal. The property was a 5 minute drive to the Cooperstown ball park. Overall, we were VERY happy with our stay."
Woodview Retreat 3-bedroom Chalet in charming Cooperstown with Pool
10/10 Excellent
"Often you don't get to meet the host in person, however, this time we had that opportunity. This makes all the difference. They were very friendly and customer focused. Before we arrived, I had asked the host if there was firewood for the firepit and he said no. However, when we arrived, Roland went out of his way to purchase bundles for us. The pool was fantastic, very clean and huge and although there are two other rentals on the property, we had the pool all to ourselves. The great thing about this property was the ease of getting to Dreams Park and to downtown Cooperstown. Very centrally located. Another positive about this property is that if you have several families, this would be an ideal location because there are three houses on the property. Thank you for the opportunity."
1819 House - Unique Group Friendly 6 bdrm/6 bath Close to Cooperstown Dreams Pk
10/10 Excellent
"This house was clean and perfect for large groups. The separate room entrances gave us all privacy but we loved being able to gather in the tavern. Plenty of room to have team parties and the boys loved all the space outside to play wiffle ball. The owners were amazing and helpful with more than just house questions."
Alan's Corner - 4 bedroom / 4 bath, pool, less than 5 minutes to Dreams Park
10/10 Excellent
"This house was perfect for our Cooperstown baseball tournament stay. Plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and best of all AC!!!!!
I didn’t think to check for AC since we are from Florida, but a heat wave came through and we were one of the few families that had a house with AC. It was amazing.
Another plus was it’s so close to the fields. Rain delays will ruin your experience here if you stay too far away from the fields, and location is so important. This place was perfect.
The owner was very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful.
If you are coming to Cooperstown, this is your house to rent."
Andrew's Place - ~1 mile to Cooperstown Dreams Park

"Just what our family of 8 needed for our stay in Cooperstown! We had plenty of room and most important, it is only 1 mile from the ballpark. The yard was great for sitting out and relaxing. I highly recommend the house!!"
