"It was a perfect location and had all the necessities that is needed in a comfortable rental. Bed comfort. Kitchen accessories. Bathrooms. Quietness to the house. Laundry available. We had an original complaint of a bit of cleanliness, not anything drastic, alerted the owner and he was super prompt about a response. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend to anyone needing a nice stay in Cooperstown."

"This is one of the best properties I’ve ever visited! The kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. The house was the cleanest I’ve ever been to. The decor was absolutely gorgeous! We loved the home-made furniture pieces and uniqueness of this home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the back porch and playing corn hole in the cozy yard. The proximity to Dreams Park was key, as we were constantly back and forth to the fields. I HIGHLY recommend this property and look forward to coming back with my next son!"

"This place is amazing for anyone going to Dreams Park! Your a mile from the park close to Cooperstown village. The house it self is great! Plenty of room for a couple families and the backyard is huge for the kids to play and hang out! Also the host are easy to get in touch with and keep you informed of anything you may need to know for your stay! I HIGHLY recommend for any person coming to Cooperstown Dreams Park !!"

"Often you don't get to meet the host in person, however, this time we had that opportunity. This makes all the difference. They were very friendly and customer focused. Before we arrived, I had asked the host if there was firewood for the firepit and he said no. However, when we arrived, Roland went out of his way to purchase bundles for us. The pool was fantastic, very clean and huge and although there are two other rentals on the property, we had the pool all to ourselves. The great thing about this property was the ease of getting to Dreams Park and to downtown Cooperstown. Very centrally located. Another positive about this property is that if you have several families, this would be an ideal location because there are three houses on the property. Thank you for the opportunity."

"This house was clean and perfect for large groups. The separate room entrances gave us all privacy but we loved being able to gather in the tavern. Plenty of room to have team parties and the boys loved all the space outside to play wiffle ball. The owners were amazing and helpful with more than just house questions."

"This house was perfect for our Cooperstown baseball tournament stay. Plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and best of all AC!!!!! I didn’t think to check for AC since we are from Florida, but a heat wave came through and we were one of the few families that had a house with AC. It was amazing. Another plus was it’s so close to the fields. Rain delays will ruin your experience here if you stay too far away from the fields, and location is so important. This place was perfect. The owner was very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. If you are coming to Cooperstown, this is your house to rent."
