Library Bar was understaffed for the number of guests enjoying the cocktails and food, but drinks and light bites were delicious. Had an issue on the first night with a party in the hot tub, but guest services and security were very responsive and addressed the issue once it was reported. No issue the second night. "I selected the free breakfast filter when searching for a hotel. The AC came up and when we were in a rush to grab breakfast, we were told it was not free. It was an inconvenience and expense we were not planning on. "

"Overall staff was helpful, although check-in was complicated. Was initially advised the room I paid for wasn’t available because I booked through a third party (Expedia), but it got resolved. Also, there’s a club in really close proximity to the hotel. The music was so loud, I could hear the words in my room, on the 6th floor.
