It’s a nice premises and very good location. Clean and very modern. I like to recommend this hotel. Bed are very comfortable and toilet. And the reception it’s a nice place to relax too.

Die Lage in Kleinbasel ist ideal. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Quartier ist sehr belebt. Schade, dass es keine Aircondition im Zimmer hat. So mussten wir - zwecks Abkühlung - das Fenster nachts offen lassen und dadurch war es ziemlich lärmig im Zimmer > Nachtschwärmerinnen und -schwärmer die laut lachten und redeten.

Comfortable room with convenient location

Overall, we had a nice experience at Balade Hotel. The room was nice, big and clean, and it was easy to reach the city center by foot. The only issue we had was with our GPS, we couldn't reach the location because there were some closed streets and one-way streets. The employee that helped us at the phone was in Zurich, so she couldn't really help us. Moreover, it took a while to create the key-card and it cost 10 minutes of international call 😭 when we solved these issues, our stay was definitely nice.

Hilfe bei Ankunft mangelhaft und unfreudlich. Möchte ich nicht zweimal erleben! Ohne die freundliche Hilfe eines Herrn aus dem Restaurant (der mit dem Hotelzimmern nicht zu tun hattr) war ich kurz davor, abzureisen und eine neue Unterkunft zu suchen.

Bon rapport qualité prix et bien situé

Hôtel proche du centre ville et facilement accessible en voiture et en transport public. Parking sous terrain privé juste à côté pour chf 18.- par jour. Ticket pour les transports public offert pour la durée du séjour et divers rabais pour des visites dans la ville. Chambre agréable et produits Bio pour la douche et les mains. Rideaux très occultants. Literie agréable et propre. Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix avec du choix.

Manque un peu de personnel qui parle français. Et le premier réceptionniste nous a pas zout expliquer le 1er jour et le jour du depart nous avons eut la surprise de devoir payer le parking. Autrement pas de soucis
