The shower faucet was missing the part that switched water from the bath to the shower head, so we couldn't take a shower. "I've never stayed at a Comfort Inn that was unacceptable..until now!! The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was stained (looked like a crime scene), faucet and toilet paper holder were broken. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled musty and smokey. NEVER AGAIN!"
