"As we pulled up it was confusing as to where to go or park or stop for valet. Once we figured it out I will say our valet nick was fantastic. Unfortunately that was the only thing fantastic. The place was absolutely packed for a derby event. Our fault for not checking that before. Not the hotels fault for having a successful event. But, I couldn’t even figure out where the front desk was. Finally found it, got to our room and it was pretty awful. Not clean, a balloon from a previous guest still suck up on the ceiling, TV hanging crooked on the wall, hair in the bathroom, and one k-cup for the morning. The remote wouldn’t turn down the TV and we could hear every word anyone said in the hallway and room next to us. We grabbed our bags and left and drove 3 hours back home. We had plans for the night but getting through that lobby and trying to come and go from there would have been a nightmare. Much easier to take the hit on the $$$ and cancel plans. We booked it for the motorcycle then after visiting the Harley Museum but in the future we’ll look in the Milwaukee burbs for a room."

"Great location in downtown. Convenient to almost everything including the Public Market and Museum of Art. Great restaurants are an easy walk away and the river walk is close by as well. Great amenities as well, including a great breakfast and 5:30pm drinks and snacks. "

"This home exceeded our expectations! We were welcomed by all the personal touches and lovely extras - the birthday banner, root beer floats, cupcake, and "happy birthday" lyrics. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly want to make our stay just perfect. So comfortable and so close to fun shops and restaurants. We highly recommend! "
