Perfectly located behind The Circus and a stone’s throw from The Royal Crescent, Bath, this smart and stylish, two bedroom, boutique-style Mews House with its own private parking space, is a delightful place for three people to stay in comfort on a visit to beautiful Bath. There are also wonderful local eateries, shops and galleries around the corner to enjoy.

Fantastic location in central Bath yet very quiet. Ideal for visiting all the attractions as well as the cafes and restaurants.
Very close to the extensive Victoria park, ideal for picnics and hot air balloon rides.

A narrow porch opens up to a bright open-plan living and dining room with a cream sofa and armchair, TV, DVD and good selection of books. French doors open to an attractive green walled courtyard with mews houses and parking bays. There is an extending dining table to seat 4.

The compact and contemporary cream kitchen looks good and is well laid out and well provisioned. There is a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a small dishwasher and a washing machine.

Upstairs is a charming honey-coloured double room with a twin bed that zips together to become a king size bed (5 ft). There is a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and two small windows facing the back of tall Georgian terraces. Another pretty little room in olive green has a single bed and some storage.

The smart new bathroom tiled in charcoal and pale grey features a pretty etched porthole window. There is a bath with a shower over, a hand basin and a WC.

Close by is St James Parade with a newsagents, Italian deli and coffee shop, a chemist, organic green-grocers, florist, and art gallery. From the house, it is an easy stroll to the Assembly rooms and several excellent small museums. Continue into Bath city centre, where there are further beautiful historic sites, wonderful shopping, and a great choice of cafes, bars, restaurants, museums and galleries. There is a Waitrose supermarket in the city centre. The property comes with a designated parking space for 1 car. Alternatively the Bath Spa railway and bus station are a 15 minute walk away.

Beautiful property set in a quiet courtyard with parking bay, the house itself was well equipped, with everything we needed. Lovely lounge/dining area to relax. comfortable Beds with lots of wardrobe space.Minutes from the Royal cresent, Restaraunts & cafe's plus grocery store . Easy stroll into the centre of Bath.Great communication with hosts, easy check-in , would highly recommend this property . We loved our stay in Bath, hope to return again.

Perfect location

We stayed in Bath for a book festival held at the Assembly Rooms and couldn’t be happier with the location. The accommodation was clean and functional, with a well-equipped kitchen, and a bath as well as a shower. Parking was tight but a rarity in central Bath and much appreciated. Also grateful for the welcoming touches like fresh milk, biscuits, and fudge. A great location with a rare parking space, would recommend.

Brilliant Bath Bolthole

We saw this property in the morning, made a phone call to the agent and arrived in the afternoon. Great service. We had a great visit and didn’t need to use the car at all. We’re looking forward to staying again later in the year.

Excellent location, quiet property.

We would recommend this cosy property in the Circle Mews area of Bath. The house is perfect for three people with good furnishings and a well-equipt kitchen. There is parking behind the house, and the interior is warm and well-laid out.

Great location; Needs a good cleaning

Good location with parking. Furniture is tired and needs replacing. Read previous review about roaches and there are currently no roaches but roach traps were under one bed. Kitchen was well stocked but needed a deep cleaning. We had a hard time with heat controls and contacted property manager and didn’t get a reply until the next day. Stairs are steep. Would not stay here again.

Overall is was OK

It was clean. Overall I would give it high marks even though going to point out some negatives. It was very difficult for us to find it. It took 45 phone calls to the property manager, who ended up being quite helpful, to locate the property. It was advertised as being 0.2 miles from the town center (or a least that was the impression). It was not particularly close to anything except Chequers (SP?) Bar. A big advantage of staying here is the off-street parking. It was a very narrow spot, but it was extremely convenient. It also would have been nice if there were British to US electric converters available. We forgot ours, which was totally our fault. All things considered, I would stay there again.

Lovely property!

We stayed for three nights in July and found this to be the ideal property for our stay in Bath. The location is perfect.. two minutes walk to shops and cafes, five minutes to the Royal Crescent and 7/8 minutes walk to the heart of Bath's wonderful shops and restaurants. The living room was very comfortable for the three of us and although the kitchen is small it is very well equipped. The main bedroom is large enough with plenty of good hanging space and drawers. The single room is small, has plenty of drawers but no hanging space. The bathroom is spacious and has a really good shower. A very minor criticism would be that the shower curtain is a bit grubby at the bottom and when you put on the bathroom sink tap, there is a loud roaring sound...but these were minor issues. There is a parking space right outside the back door which was a major plus for our stay. The property is very clean and well maintained throughout and everything works as it should. The communication by Bath Property Rentals prior to our arrival was superb and gave us all the information required. We would definitely book this property again if we returned to Bath.

Well located house for exploring Bath

We stayed at Circus Mews whilst visiting our daughter who is a student in Bath. It had all we needed and is in a great location. It was perfectly comfortable and a useful base to explore from. One advisory, the parking space is tricky to access in the tight courtyard, though manageable - definitely one that would be easier in a small car. Our only other feedback would be the generally well equipped kitchen didn't have enough wine glasses or mugs. These were minor things and we'd definitely stay again.

Great location and accommodation for a stay in Bath and surroundings

Perfect location and amenities for any length of stay in Bath, invaluable to have dedicated parking space, saved so much money and time. Would highly recommend to anyone not allergic to dogs, as a dog hairs on sofa and rug in lounge.

Excellent property in convenient location

Small but has everything you need and in excellent location. Clean. Upstairs bathroom tap is a bit noisy at night and we found the main room a little bit cold in the evening. But there are several cafes/restaurants in easy walking distance as well as convenience stores.

Lovely bijou residence in quiet area yet close to Bath centre

Well maintained and every comfort provided for - we slept like logs in the very comfy and large bed. Thoughtful gift of wine, milk, biccies and muesli meant we were well supplied. A short walk to excellent cafes for breakfast and restaurants and all of Bath's tourist spots. Highly recommended.

Excellent location

Very centrally located property, walking distance from the main Bath attractions and very close to the local Co-Op corner shop /supermarket - good range of products there. The house was very clean, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. I would recommend it for a nice family stay.

A perfect location to explore Bath on foot

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. The location is perfect - near enough to everything that we didn't use the car once, but peaceful and quiet at night with very little passing traffic. The house is warm and well equipped, a real home from home.

The Best Location

Circus Mews was a lovely house, ideal with the parking space and for easy access to the centre of Bath and all the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. If we were to visit Bath again we would certainly choose to stay at Circus Mews.
