Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that there is free all-day street parking 10m away (at the intersection of Keppel & Seymour St). However, parking at the front of the property is timed between the hours of 9:30am - 5:00pm.

Please note that this property is located next door to a shop.

The gate and entrance path is shared with the neighbouring property. Guests from both properties will need to access this entrance.
