Great location, awesome food and terrific staff. Not a place to stay if you need sleep. Band was staying here and carried on outside my room until 3:30am , then the staff put music on downstairs at 7am. I think I got 3 hours sleep. Stayed 2 of my 3 nights , left early and had to book another place to get some rest. Happy to have another meal here but will never stay here again.

It needs to be upgraded to be a place to stay where you are away from home. The music will be on till 2am when you are there on Saturday night. So please be alert for any family with children. The only thing that I marked okay is friendly staff. Everything else is terrible.

The Family Hotel is a traditional Hotel with friendly service and good honest value for money. My room was clean with a comfortable bed. The shared bathrooms were clean and the Hot Water Beautiful. The breakfast room was a welcome offering with Weetbix and Coco Pops. Plenty of Tea and Coffee too. The meals in the dining room are great value and taste good too. The Fire Place in the sports bar is warm and inviting, A great place to meet other guests. Entrainment was fantastic, Awesome band and everyone had a great time. Sunset on the balcony is amazing. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and will return in the future. Thanks to the manager and staff for their hospitality.

We had the cleaner unlock our door and enter our room at 7am in the morning. Massive day of work and a 12 hour drive ahead of myself she then proceeded to vacuum banging our door and hallway for the next hour. Check out wasn’t until 10 which I checked - don’t stay here if you want sleep
