Downtown hotel - did not see pets Most parking is “valet” however we parked in a for fee parking lot directly across from hotel. $63 for 48 hours. I thought it was a bit over-priced.

The staff was courteous. Parking a big truck was an inconvenience & pricey. Room was not the best. Sheets were dirty, white powder on counter, no hot water the first night, room service was way too high, cleaning staff was too noisy the next morning & $16 for a drink at the bar…come on! It was in the perfect spot walkable to bars and restaurants. We were able to check in early but the check in process was long. The room was clean and nice. The pool area was great and a beautiful view of the water.

Location of the hotel was great, as was the staff. Only having valet for parking was a bit of a surprise (I might’ve overlooked at booking). Room was ok for a night, but would stay for a long weekend.

Room was not ready even though we arrived at 2 pm. I understand that check-in is not until 3 pm, but when guests arrive early they should be prioritized. There were only 4 small towels in the bathroom, no wash cloths or big towels. Besides those things, the hotel was great.
