We were greeted with a 20 minutes line to check-in because the lack of available staff. People expect to arrive and quickly check-in when they book rooms in a 5-stars hotel. Then they required us to leave a deposit amount for some reason. Many hotels don't have it as a requirement so it was an unpleasant ...

Star Suites KLCC
Great location. Nice and helpful staff. Very clean and very high end , it is a modern and comfortable place to stay. The pools and gym were excellent. I would recommend to people I know and I would stay there again.

Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya
Overall it is ok. Facility is a bit old but still clean. Air con is too noisy hence I had to turn it off. The price is not so worthy.
