Situated in the heart of NSW, this fabulous abode puts the best of Australia's unparalleled natural beauty at your doorstep. Nestled in a serene area, the holiday rental is within strolling distance from local attractions such as The Gantry, Between Bawley and Commorant Beaches

The beach-themed cottage is your perfect seaside escape, with well-appointed rooms designed for relaxation. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds providing a peaceful night's sleep after a day spent exploring the sights and sounds of Bawley Point. The house also features a renovated bathroom.

Feel free to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics, cookware, microwave, and a toaster. The dining area is ideal for intimate dinners or family meals.

Enjoy a day of sightseeing, surf fishing or surfing, followed by a scenic drive or a relaxing massage. Catch the latest films in the nearby cinema, or engage in some recreational activities at the local Dun and Lewis centre. End your day with some beachcombing or whale watching, two unique experiences that Bawley Point is famous for.

Unfortunately, pets aren't allowed, and linen or towels are not provided. However, the holiday rental is equipped with a laundry facility. For your safety, smoke detectors have been installed throughout the property.

- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details. Bed configuration is 1 Queen and 2 single beds

- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.

Easter Long Weekend

Firstly we paid Xmas prices as it was a booking just two weeks prior. This was even shown in the booking process. On Arrival once opening the door there was a sudden musty smell. I understand the recent rain but a few windows open before our arrive was a must. The place was tidy but seemed to us that had been vacant for some time as there was dust/cobwebs everywhere. Saw two mice in the kitchen. The grass had been cut the day before it seemed but no care and attention had been given inside prior to our arrival We are frequent visitors to Bawley Point and rather disappointed. We were expecting rustic but this was a bit much. Hope they can fix these issues because its in a prime location.
