The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all the used bedding and towel in the laundry room.
Remove all trash from the home and take to the dumpsters located at the end of Vera K Court.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please take care of the furnishings, as any damage will result in fines for which you will be responsible. Do not rearrange the furniture.
Thermostat should be set on auto and not on, abusing the HVAC system can result in a $300.00 fine.
Please refrain from using glitter/confetti. No double sided tape or pushpins/tacks/nails, etc. on the walls. They will damage the walls and paint.
