"Beautifully renovated and updated 'classic Maine camp on a lake'.Stayed as part of a group of 5 while doing a 2-day gravel-bike trip. Being able to float in the lake after a long day was awesome. Plenty of space for 5 people, 6 would be fine if someone shared the big bed. More would get crowded I think.Kitchen is a joy to use, sharp knives (rare in a STR!), and a good cast-iron skillet (in addition to some new nonstick) was great.Good outdoor hangout spaces at the front and back which was helpful for being in/out of sun and wind."
"We had a wonderful stay! This place is clean and has all the kitchen accessories you need. Plenty of hot water for showering. The location is great, we kayaked and canoed and caught lots of fish. Swimming too! Convenient home base for visiting Baxter State Park. If you really want to disconnect, this is the spot."
"Super private and secluded setting right on the lake with GORGEOUS views. Private beach with canoes, kayaks, and a dock (the kids loved all of it). We loved the rustic charm of the house and even though we stayed during the hottest days of the summer, the rooms cooled off nicely at night with the many provided fans! There is an expansive deck to relax on and the outdoor shower was amazing after spending the day by the water or coming back from a hike! There is super fast wi-fi available as well if you need that, but it was nice to just spend time outside away from electronics for a couple days! "

"A beautiful spot for our family to gather. Lake is clean, enjoyed private beach and also relaxing from the camp property. Easy access from main road. Lots of space, beds and seating for everyone. An amazing place to spend a week during a Maine summer. "

We couldn’t ask for anything better. The property was spotless and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return. "
