"Was surprised at check in that there was no staff. You enter the hotel elevator bay via passcode and then must type it again in the elevator to get up to your room. I find this inconvenient compared to a regular keycard. I booked a suite which was spacious, bright and clean. TV with included entertainment options lol Netflix was great. I don’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped (glassware, mugs, utensils, pans, dish soap, etc.) The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet...

"While Hamilton as a city is less than desirable, with a shocking amount of homelessness and addiction, we felt very safe immediately upon arrival to our hotel. We were met with friendly & classy staff throughout the facility. Parking was easy & included, we were close to our venue & the in-house restaurant had an excellent breakfast. Breakfast wasn't included but it was good and service was also good. Both days the servers were very friendly and nice atmosphere. We would stay here again. "
