Excellent location, good spacious room, clean but not immaculate, friendly, helpful staff.

Great room. Amazing location at near Times Square and all the shows are within a few blocks walking distance. Very helpful staff. Also near subway stations and that is the best way to get around. Taxis get stuck in impossible traffic of NYC.

Proximity to all the places and things I like was a big part of selecting to stay here. The hotel was fine, My only comment is that there was only one chair in the entire room. they were lovely and brought another one up, but when two people check in, it seems sort of a nobrainer that they should provide seating for two.
