"It was just fine for one night. Close to shopping and cruise port."

The rooms lacked basic amenities such as shower gel, and the overall decor felt outdated and in need of an upgrade. Additionally, there are only two elevators, and during our stay, one was out of service. This led to long wait times, with queues forming just to reach or leave the rooms. At one point, guests had to walk up the stairs—my family and I, for example, had to climb nine flights to reach our room. "

"Our rooom was ok, but the bed was so bowed to the middle it was not comfortable. It was defintely past time to replace. Crazy how who ever painted our room had a lot paint drops and apparently has never heard of painters tape."

"This is a very hip hotel with very tiny rooms - only for 2 people at most. We enjoyed the kitschy decor and the room was clean and everything was controlled by an ipad which my kid enjoyed. Problem is I took a really bad fall on the rooftop pool and ended up at ER and Urgent care where it was determined I had a fractured rib and deep bruising. The area around the pool is very dangerous and slick. I called the hotel to tell them what happened and was told I needed to email the management and inform the. I emailed them and they have not answered after a week, which basically tells me all I need to know about how much they don't care. It's really too bad but I feel like the slick surface is that way to fit the aesthetic of the hotels "theme" without any regard to the safety of their guests. It's a shame"
