"We had excellent customer service upon check-in. The first room we were put into was going to be next to construction so we asked to be moved and got a room on the other side of the hotel with a view of the Marina that was perfect. This is an older hotel so it shows some wear, but it’s an excellent location at a good price with a very good breakfast in the morning. We will be back."

"even though the property was under construction, the staff did an excellent job! although, i didn't expect to be paying an additional 300 for an upgraded room did not get. they promised a pool view at booking and had me over construction site, then i paid for upgraded pool view, and they still had me at a separate half construction half Oceanview room. i was not informed this would be the case. i only received one day credit. it would have been nice to receive credit for both days stay."

"Came for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were greeting by friendly valet and front desk people. They even offered welcome champagne. We got there early so we had to wait for a room, but it was worth it since we got upgraded to a different room. The views here are worth it. You have access to a pool but we went down to the beach instead. We enjoyed drinks in their lobby area that even had someone playing live music. We dined inside our room for dinner since our view was perfect. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with smiles and were so nice. Honestly, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. We're definitely coming back."

"Everything was excellent, my phone wouldn’t scroll over to the 5th star but ai give 5 stars on all categories. Definitely would return. Only 1 small complaint, parking is way too high… really .. $75/night. And I did ask for something special to be put in my daughter’s room for her 21st, but nothing. Step up guys."
