"The secluded waterfront location was exactly what I wanted my adult kids and grand kids to experience. The coastal decorated home was extremely clean with all the modern conveniences. My grand kids caught dozens of crabs and were never board. And of couse we steamed the crabs. Nets, crab traps, fishing rods, steaming pot, kayaks and more were available. Buddy & Robin have a beautiful waterfront home and I'm so thankful they made it available. We will be back.Tom & JanaBoca Raton Fl."

"We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend. Luckily, it was a warm one, and my granddaughter was able to swim in October, which was pretty cool. Host very accommodating. Love the little island. Drove all around the Island and enjoyed the views from different areas.Ate at the hole in the wall for dinner and found it to be good. Seemed to be a real Saturday night hangout spot with many people eating dinner and enjoying the beautiful evening."

"Very cozy cottage in a very quiet marina. Great place to get away and just decompress. Hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming, the cottage was exceptionally clean. A couple small towns close by have all amenities you could reasonably hope for within striking distance. Thank you!"

"This property is amazing. It is everything you would hope for as a waterfront on the northern neck. Traveling with young adults we enjoyed the spaces to lounge, the game room downstairs and of course the waterfront. Weather did not cooperate on our trip but there are kayaks and paddle boats to use. We caught fish off the dock and even a couple crabs in the rain!"

Everything felt well cared for, comfortable, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Kim’s place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and beautiful place to stay.
