Demar Residence

"We have just come back from a brilliant stay at Demar residence. We stayed 11 nights and it was just what we needed. Nice and peaceful pool area and always plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculately clean. Towels are changed everyday. We even received a complementary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our recent engagement. There is a shop at the end of the road. I would say the location is a little far out, but very peaceful and more residential which we enjoyed. Around a 35 minute walk to old town although there are beaches and a harbour in Borik where the hotel is located. We got Ubers and bolts to the old town and back which were only around 5-7 euros and came in minutes. The sunbeds also had towels on them to use which were changed which we thought was a lovely touch. The only thing we wished was that there was a bar area/somewhere to get food but obviously it wasn’t this kind of hotel! Easy enough to wander out to explore the area. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay."

"Hermoso hotel en el casco antiguo de zadar, excelente ubicacion, comodo y limpio. Nosotros elegimos habitacion con baño privado, todo de maravillas, cama y almohadas super comodas ! desayuno a la carta incluido tipo brunch . Nos guardaron las valijas en el check out, y nos consiguieron taxi al aeropuerto, sin duda Volveria!!!"
