Location of this hotel is great with a choice of different food outlets in the food court, a Pizza Express and a Wetherspoons. We stayed in a triple room. Not much room for luggage but it was just a base for us to visit Harry Potter Studio Tour and London. You can get additional towels and pillows from reception. Room was quite stuffy and the climate control unit stopped working.
No kettle in room sadly but there was a hot water machine in corridor with coffee sachets and teabags.
Shower was powerful but would run cool every 20 seconds or so.
Our first night was perfect and we all got a good sleep. Unfortunately the subsequent nights were noisier due to the arrival of a large group of European pupils who took to chatting loudly in the corridor and knocking on each others doors. Obviously this is beyond the control of the hotel and I'm aware that staff did ask them to be quiet.
It's our 2nd stay here and despite the above, the convenient location, choice of food outlets and the EV chargers makes it still a hotel we would stay in again.
