"Staff were really friendly from front desk to bartenders to valet. Food was excellent and pool was nice with a fun vibe. Parts of hotel are dated and parts are newly renovated. It’s in a great location. I would return."

"I loved my stay here and will definitely book again in the future. Everything was truly great. It is a very nice and clean hotel with great amenities. The only recommendations for minor improvements would be that the shower does leak out. The bathmat/towel provided was soaked each time. It would also be helpful to have some type of shelving in the shower and or ledge as there's nowhere to put shower products other than the floor, and one soap dish. "

"3rd year in a row here but ther wont b a 4th…prices 2 high.hav been willing 2 bite bullet on condition of place the past couple years but not again.place pretty dirty,very outdated,musty smell throughout.sadly,even free breakfast suckd.unless your from 3rd world country,u wudnt enjoy it.such a shame 2 leev this review but it is what it is.buyer beware"

"The room was uncomfortable with the stange bathroom set up with barely any privacy, the lack of a chair to sit on, the lack of comfortable blanets and pillows on the bed, the old TV that didnt allow for personal app sign in, and the lack of an outlet on both sides of the bed. Money was spent on the unnecessary design and not spent on making guests comfortable. Additionally, the check in experience was poor since we waited a long time while one agent checked her email instead of turning around to see a line had formed and the other agent took forever to get her attention. When we did finally get to check in, the email-checking agent was also quite rude in her attitude. The breakfast was awful with soggy eggs, greasy bacon, burned sausage, sticky oatmeal, and a toaster that burns the toast. So from the room, to the staff, to the breakfast, this was a terrible experience. Thankfully at least the bed was comfortable, the curtains kept out the light, and the space was clean - so the bare minimum was met. But at almost $900, I expect far more for my money."

"Room floor was dirty, after wiping up a spill of water in the main guest room, the towel I used to wipe up the water was pretty appalling. Grout in the bathroom was pretty dingy, disappointing for a $500/night room. We called to request additional coffee and toilet paper for the next morning and it never arrived, we eventually just went to lobby to get it ourselves. Over the weekend, I did catch the really bad flu/bronchitis bug that has been going around. Not saying I caught it at the hotel as I have no way of knowing where I picked it up; however, I highly recommend the hotel staff take the time to sanitize all high traffic areas frequently, elevator buttons, door handles, etc… especially while this bad bug is making it its way across the state and the nation."
