"Perfectly located. Attractive property and very good staff. No meals except (very good) breakfast but cold platters available, lunch or dinner, by arrangement. Aircon system not really up to the job of 38' but when ours failed, our room was changed immediately. Very nice, quite large salt water swimming pool. A handrail to get into the pool would be a great addition; people with difficult knees (me) or hips may not be able to get in or out without help."

"This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... "If you are traveling to Avignon check out this hotel. It is located at an ideal location within the central part of the city and is close to many restaurants and shops. We were greeted warmly by the staff. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready but we were able to check our luggage and begin enjoying the town. "Tiny room, hugely inconvenient location. No taxi or Uber can get in. You have to walk at least ten minutes to catch a ride. Asked the front staff to order a taxi for me for my train trip. The taxi couldn't come on time and we ended missing our train and with that our first class ticket to Paris were completely wasted."
