It is right down town in the lovely and walkable town of Beauly. The host and owner are the same and they know everyone in town. When I had complications with the coded room lock, the owner directed me to a coffee shop across the street, met me there and paid for my coffee and cake. She gave me a real key. She took her time with me and we had an engaging conversation. Gourmet dinner at the hotel is in their intimate dinning room. During dinner the husband owner gave an interesting talk on the history of Scotland, Beauly, and the Black Isle. It was mixed with personal observations and humor. He intertained comments and answered every question. His daughter was the chef and came out ro greet us with her knowledge and humor. It was a five course meal with good wine. The price was reasonable. It was a evening ro remenber! Thank you Down Right Gabbler!

Great stay, would happily return

I picked this place as I enjoy having cooking facilities with accommodation and when having an early start for work means I can make breakfast still. Nice bedroom/relaxation area. Only slight downside is the shower head slider pole thing kept slipping and spinning round but bathroom was nice too otherwise.

Really great place and idea

Apartment was really nice, concept behind what they do at Gabbler is brilliant. Beauly is absolutely lovely.
