The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was robust and good. My children and I were very disappointed to find the pool in a green, cloudy, and stagnant condition. Needless to say, we didnt get a chance to swim.

Overall very good stay. Staff were courteous the only thing that decreased my rating for service is that the phone never got answered. Not sure if there was an issue with the line? The water does not get very hot in the shower. The room was really nice and bed was comfortable.

The hotel is showing its age despite evidence of redecorating. The first floor rooms are considerably unkept; we had to request a move to another floor. However, its location is good, where a nearby steakhouse is a most welcoming sight after many hours on the road.

limited power, pool in terrible condition, no rooms available although i was there an our early to check in. front desk lady offered to cancel my reservation due to no rooms available, hotel under construction, pool full of algae. I did not stay here. I am trying to get ahold of expedia customer service since that day to explain issue. I have pictures. i had to drive a few more hours to find a clean hotel that was not under construction.

Everything was fine except the weak signal that made the tv unwatchable. Also poor internet connectivity; I kept having to log in every time I opened my phone or iPad, and some sites would not open. Other than that everything was good, clean and comfortable.

Not a pleasant time.

I arrived late, not good to get in a damp bed after a long day at work. Had to pick up all my belongings and asked to be relocated to a different room. Next morning the breakfast was not to good plus there was a guy being very rude to customers. telling everyone to make sure we don't make a mess and to clean up after ourselves while he was spraying chemicals on tables not caring people were still eating around him.

This was always my go to hotel when in the area. On the day of check-in, we got there around 11:50 p.m. Teenagers were at the check in area asking for room keys, as they were still in the pool. There were people loitering outside in front, on the bench and outside areas, the pool was full of people and lots of noise in the hallways until around 2 a.m. The property outside was trash filled in the grassy areas and driveway. The room was relatively clean but not sufficient towels, only for 2 guest, instead of the four we needed. When we asked for more in the morning, we were given pool towels, just pathetic. If I had enough time, I would have cancelled out our second night's stay. I am going to be asking for compensation for this horrible stay. There is more but I will address that later.
