Cozy Mountain Studio

Set on the eighth floor of the Moguls Building, this cozy studio sits on the same floor as the building`s ski-in/ski-out door: ski in off Moguls Track, walk down the hall, and you`re home. Warm wood ceilings, exposed beams, an electric fireplace with a stone surround, and mountain views make it a comfortable fit for two adults, or up to 3 guests including kids, just a five-minute walk from Big White Village.

LIVING & SLEEPING AREA
The open-plan studio centres on a comfortable queen bed with two side tables and two lamps, beside an electric fireplace with a stone surround. A full sofa bed sits under the window, looking out over the mountains. There`s also a Smart TV mounted near the entry, and coat hooks and a bench at the entry for ski gear.

KITCHEN & BATHROOM
The kitchen has a fridge, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, coffee machine (coffee provided), and electric kettle, plus dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cooking knives, mugs, and wine glasses. A small dining table with two chairs sits by the window. The bathroom has a large tub with shower and ample counter space.

TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT ACCESS
The Moguls Building sits directly on Moguls Track. Ski right into the back of the building, come in through the ski doors on floor 8, and walk down the hall to your door. Moguls Track connects to the Plaza Chair, Ridge Rocket Express, and Snow Ghost Express chairlifts.

BUILDING AMENITIES & ACCESS
Guests have the entire studio to themselves, plus access to the building`s indoor communal hot tub, sauna, games room (ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard), ski locker, and ski and snowboard waxing room with equipment. The hot tub and sauna are open during the winter season only. There is no washer or dryer in the unit; coin laundry ($2 per load) is available in the building. Entry to the building and unit is by secure door code, sent with your check-in instructions before arrival.

STOCKED ESSENTIALS
As with every Sierra Vacation Rentals property, the essentials are covered so you can travel light: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent are all provided. Free Wi-Fi throughout.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD & GETTING HERE
Big White Village is about a five-minute walk, with restaurants, shops, the market, and the gondola down to Happy Valley. Beyond the slopes, there`s tubing, ice skating, snowmobile tours, and dogsled rides. A few of our favourite places to eat: Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace Smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi, and Cabin Kitchen + Bar.

Big White is about a 50-minute drive from Kelowna International Airport (YLW), with shuttle services to the resort, and the village shuttle offers easy access to the lifts and resort amenities. Driving up Porcupine Road, the Moguls Building is on your left, with an open-air parking lot just past the front door. Once you`ve parked, you can leave the car for the rest of your stay and get everywhere on foot or by skiing straight out onto Moguls Track.

PARKING
One unassigned outdoor stall is included. Additional vehicles need a permit for the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot: $25 per night or $125 per week, per vehicle, no trailers. RV and camper parking is $50 per night, maximum seven nights per season. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner`s expense. Fees and availability are subject to the resort`s current rules.

YOUR HOSTS
This property is best suited for independent travellers. We are a boutique, family-owned vacation rental business focused on providing a comfortable, well-prepared stay with personalized service. We are not a 24/7 concierge service, and we kindly ask that guests check in before 8:00 PM whenever possible. Calls after 8:00 PM are reserved for emergencies only. Guests receive detailed check-in information in advance, along with a comprehensive welcome book at the property featuring Wi-Fi details, property information, and our favourite local recommendations.

HOUSE RULES
Maximum 3 guests. Ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. No parties or large events permitted. This is a 100% smoke-free property: smoking or vaping of tobacco, cannabis, or any other product is prohibited inside the condo, on balconies, and throughout all common areas and grounds. A $200 fine applies per incident, in addition to any cleaning fees. One dog is welcome with prior approval; a $75 pet fee will be added to your reservation. Please message us before booking to confirm approval.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
