"This brand new house is beautifully appointed with bright pillows/rugs, soft bath/pool towels, board games, spices, Ziploc bags (beyond basic foil/wrap), 6 beach chairs, and toys. A welcome basket of water bottles and pre-cooled AC greeted us.Spacious and perfect for our large intergenerational group—everyone comfortable. Every bedroom has en-suite bath and walk-in closet (some large enough for pack-n-play). Fridge/freezer easily handled our big Walmart stock-up of fresh/frozen food. Oversized washer/dryer and spacious laundry room got heavy use.Property manager Laurie was exceptional—accommodating deliveries, early check-in/out, and super responsive. She even sent a workman on Christmas Eve for a minor plumbing issue. Owners thoughtfully made this first-guest stay truly comfortable.Heated saltwater pool and hot tub were delightful day/night; pool service person lovely. Location near beaches (15-min drive).Minor suggestions: Explain unique plumbing in manual, add local beach/sights info, and include a beach umbrella.We’d love to return! "Family of four (mom/dad7yo2yo) Host is amazing! Accommodated our request for an early check in to get us into the home in time for the toddler to take a nap! Home was clean, access (key code) was easy peasy and the kitchen well stocked. There was even those “oh we forgot” bathroom items which came in handy. We used all the beach essentials and loved that we didn’t have to mess with renting anything. Owner was receptive to input and was communicative without being overkill. She touched base to ensure all was well but didn’t really bug us with anything unless prompted. Check out was a breeze.We loved the quiet neighborhood vibe, walking path, nearby Aldi and great restaurants within walking distance (Baker Wife). Even tough out next adventure will take us somewhere else, we’d stay here again in a breeze! Highly recommend. "
