"The hotel was nice however my biggest complaint would be about the housekeeping service. We requested for housekeeping expecting the dirty sheets and pillowcases to be replaced with clean ones however upon inspecting we realized that they were not replaced but flipped over. The floors also weren’t vacuumed because the same crumbs and dirt on the floor was still there after the service. The rating would have been higher however after what we experienced with the housekeeping service it raises the question if the sheets present when we checked in was ever washed or replaced. Also the elevator was quite slow. "

"The guests and amount of chaos at the hotel made us feel unsafe. There were 12 -14 motorcyclists parked in the garage, that would blast music and smoke pot, no one told them to turn the music off or leave the garage. They were all in the lobby, and made inappropriate comments to us."

"It was a challenge getting into the hotel entrance. There is a small restaurant right next to the hotel that is packed every night except Monday because they are closed. Driving through the maze of cars that are looking for a parking spot was a pain. Thankfully they are not allowed to park in the hotel parking spaces. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The indoor pool was well kept and stocked with towels. "

Extremely dirty hotel, rust and stains everywhere, the room door doesn’t even seal properly, there’s a large opening at the bottom so you can hear absolutely everything and the traffic outside and won’t get a good night’s sleep. The pillows on the bed are decorative and the bathroom and clothing rack had so much rust that we were unable to use them. "
