먼저 일반객실이 아닌 "패밀리스위트(거실&침실2개)"숙박 경험입니다. 로비만 번지르르하고 숙소는 오래된 수련원 수준이었고 무엇보다 패밀리스위트로 제공된방이 공식홈의 스위트가아닌 아파트먼트방입니다.(2박기준 한화 177만원결제) 가격을떠나 스위트라는 이름을 절대 붙이면 안되는방이예요!!! 익스피디아에도 항의했지만 별다른 대답이없었구요...침대가 원목다리 얇은 흔들거리는 침대이고 아파트먼트사진에도 거실식탁 의자가5개는 있던데 저희는 아이포함 5인이었음에도 거실식탁 의자 두개있었습니다ㅋㅋㅋ커피머신 당연히없구요, 항의차 매니저 전화연결 요청하자 1시간동안 3번 기다리라고 하고 이야기 중간에 끊고 전화돌리길래 (바쁜시간 아니었고 저희 밤 8시쯤 체크인해서 그때 전화한거였어요) 체크인 로비로 직접내려갔고,다행히 친절한 한국직원분 만나서 2박중 1박은 환불받았습니다. 베이징을 여행으로는 많이 안가시는것같아서 정보가 부족한데 왕푸징으로 가실거면 여기는 일단 피하세요!!! 그랜드하얏트 내부 너무구리고 입지도 진짜 안좋습니다. 왕푸징 상점가까지 애매하게 멀어요!! 좋은건 로비와 수영장뿐입니다. 그럼에도 수영이 메인이다 하시면 저렴한 일반룸으로 예약하세요.

This is an elegant hotel in a traditional style - lots of wood paneling - with a few contemporary accents. Large room. Very centrally located in Beijing. Only gets 4 stars because their only restaurant closes at about 9:00 PM - unacceptable for a luxury hotel in one of the world’s major cities. The food in the bar/lounge was slow in coming and mediocre. Only basic cocktails - the margerita was terrible.

大人2人子供1人（小学生）で3泊利用しました。 ロケーションは王府井のメインストリート近くで、夕食やショッピングなど非常に便利な位置にあります。空港からは首都機場線で北新橋乗換、東単駅出口Eから歩きましたが、地上からはどう入るか、初見では迷いました。王府井と東単の間が東方新天地というショッピングモールで繋がっていて、途中にホテル地下への入口があるので、その存在に気づいてからはだいぶ利用しやすくなりました。 チェックイン時に部屋がアップグレードされていて、アパートメントタイプ、寝室2部屋になっていました。リビングもついているので、3人で利用するには持て余してしまった感じはありますが、部屋の中にドラム式洗濯機があったのは大変重宝しました。日本から洗剤持っていってましたが、清掃スタッフの方々が気を利かせてくれて、洗剤も部屋に置いてくれるようになりました。 朝食はビュッフェでメニューが大変多い上に日毎に変わります。子供が偏食でホテル以外の食事はなかなか困りましたが、ホテルでは困ることはなかったです。ホテル発7:30前後のツアーを組んでいたため、朝6:30過ぎに利用しましたが、7:00くらいから席は結構埋まってくる印象です。味は非常に美味しかったです。 　全般的に非常に満足でしたが、惜しいのはアーリーチェックインできなかったこと（チェックイン予定時刻の50分くらい前についてしまったがダメでした）と、ロビーから部屋に行くまでに一旦4階で別のエレベーターに乗り換える必要があることでした。 また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

Expedia made a mistake in our booking. We were supposed to have access to the grand lounge with complimentary drinks and food in our room booking. It was an added benefit to our booking, but wasn’t included when we checked in. It was a long and very unpleasant struggle to get the added features that we had paid for. We weren’t at all happy with Expedia.

Room was spotless, breakfast was amazing all tastes catered for, staff super friendly and helpful. Can not fault the hotel. If I was to just point out one thing I like my espresso coffee in the morning and they don’t have a proper barista on hand, making a good cup of coffee. There is a coffee shop in the lobby but it’s an expensive luxury to have several times a day. The pool can be a location for a movie set, the pictures don’t do it justice, , my kids didn’t want to leave it. A truly memorable experience.

We were traveling as a family of five, two teenagers and a child so we had to book the room with two bedrooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and my son had a great time. We didn’t use the gym or spa. The laundry in the room was super convenient, but the dryer didn’t dry as effectively as we are used to, but it was good to have the option. The room was always stocked with water, which was nice. The front desk staff are friendly. We had visited their lounge, which was very nice to unwind after a very long day. I thought that the location was close to dining and shopping options. Overall, we had a great time at this luxurious hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel. Very clean and very convenient. Easy to walk to The Forbidden City. A fun mall is just across the street. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had with everything you could imagine. Including shrimp and crab. It's very quiet. Very comfortable and the lobby is gorgeous. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.
