I really enjoyed stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. I also contacted the concierge several times about ordering a taxi, various excursions, and so on. Everything was organized in the best possible way
Friendly and helpful staff. If breakfast buffet can have more variety and more frequent changes would be perfect.

**Review of JW Hotel Beijing:**
The hotel staff at JW Hotel Beijing is exceptionally friendly and attentive. They did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. However, we booked this hotel expecting a high-end experience similar to what we've enjoyed at other JW locations in the U.S.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly marred by the large number of low-level tour groups that the hotel accommodates. The lobby and elevator areas were often noisy and filled with guests demonstrating inconsiderate behavior. This atmosphere detracted from the exclusive and luxurious experience we anticipated, making it feel more like a low-cost hotel.
If you're seeking an exclusive and serene experience, this may not be the best choice. Based on our experience, we will not book here again in the future.
The overall stay is great but the quality of breakfast buffet needs improvement. More importantly we see black mole on the shower glass window edges including the faucet.
Stunning services and amenities. Very close to metro line 1 & 14 for commuters & tourists. Close to SKP and CBD shopping malls. Restaurants all around. Very enjoy my family trip for a week.
Great stay. Hotel is well located and services were as you would expected from a JW hotel. Breakfast is excellent with many options both international and Chinese. The only opportunity for improvement would having more English speakers serving you at the restaurants. My dinner and breakfast was possible only because of translator apps.
