I arrived to the airport around 01:40am. Ease to get to the accommodation. Location on maps a bit off, but I received good help from staff at Duroy Hotel nearby. The Nightmanager at Universal Residence could not find my booking but found a room for me. That was around 02:20am. I checked out at 09:00am where the issue had been solved in the meantime. The accommodation could do with some maintenance, but the bed was fine and room nicely furnished.

Terribly bad hotel, only good location

Terribly bad otel, Room are very dirty, There is no cover for pillows and blankets. Dirty kitchen and bath room. Dress cabinets are very dirty. Refrigator is very dirty (look photo) ,You can close it only by kicking. There is not water heater. There is only LPG furnace. By this reason, there is a big fire and explosion risk, if there is lekage of LPG.. Also there is no electric generator for during power cut applied in Beirut.

Das Zimmer war die totale Hölle, überall waren Roststellen und Schimmel stellen das ganze Zimmer wurde überflutet aufgrund von undichten Stellen regnete es ins Zimmer was dazu führt, das unsere Sachen nass wurden und man nicht die Zeit genießen konnte. Ich beanspruche das sie mir mein Geld wieder zurückzahlen, da das Zimmer nicht wie besprochen geliefert wurde und es nicht wie dargestellt gewesen ist.

No where near the picture portrayed on hotel.com. Air conditioning didn’t work, no hot water, not even one bottle of drinking water. The first thing I did after entering the room was killing a roach. Fair is bit too much.
