The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to Aya at the front desk and Hussein. They were both eager to help and make sure that we had everything we needed. You could tell that they genuinely care.

There is no free offsite parking as described. You pay 5$ for overnight parking there and have to be out of the lot by 9 am afterwhich you are charged hourly for parking. The bed was queen size at best.

Staff are not enough, receptionist even can’t confirm that oor reservation included breakfast or not tell next day we complain to morning manager to grt answer that it is included, they not even put a complementary one small bottle of water in room. And also Bathroom down in lobby and dining area was so dirty at afternoon when we make checkin (that we know that no cleaning staff available all the times)

Excellent for Hamra District. Well located in a quieter area but close to Hamra. Currently Lebanon has issues, but a big thank you to the hotel for making a stay possible. Friendly staff and good facilities. Daily cleaning but the rooms are getting a little old now.
