"Great little stay, great amenities"

"Loved it! Thank you!"

"All rooms on 2nd floor up 37 steps. No evening bar or restaurant. Asked for a non slip shower mat, Didn't get one. No staff after 3.00pm. More like a boarding house than a hotel."

"A truly lovely stay at a homely pub that was superb value for money, the staff were very helpful & friendly, will definitely visit again when in the area ."

"A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful."

"We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!"

"Really clean room. Boutique decor."

"A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style ."

It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. "Very convenient for shops, cafes and restaurants. The Agra Indian restaurant is recommended, also the pizza and kebab takeaway by the church. The Myers bakery is superb."

"Very kind helpful staff, excellent amenities, tidy and welcoming. Highly recommended for couples or solo travellers."
