"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

"The whole resort is clean, ideal for families , safe. Beautiful trees provide the sunshade. Food and drink is also great"

"Food was awful. Same choice each evening. Burnt fried chicken which you could smell then burning during the day. Only decent choice in the evening was Pizza. Breafast choice the same, Could not even get a omlet. Most of the staff did noot know how to say good morning or smile. Poor lighting in the night with many trip hazards walking. No power socket in bathroom to charge shaver. Rubbish entertainment in the evening. Only one bar to sit inside in the evening with awful pianist playing Great...

"I had booked the presidential suite which indicated that it could accommodate 6 people whereas we were 5. The desk manager told me that the presidential suite was meant for 4 adults and 2 children and therefore I was responsible for paying for 1 more adult. I ended up paying an extra Euros 320 for 1 more adult for 4 nights. On the last night of our stay my daughter (who weighs 70kg) sat on a chair in our bedroom and one of its legs gave way and she fell down. Luckily she didn't hurt herself and...

"What I really liked about the property was that the inside of the unit was clean, cool since it was so hot outside, and there were enough places to sleep for my large family. Management was attentive, the pool was clean, and the units looked modern. What I didnt like was the grounds of the property looks unkept, like the grass was very long, and there were metal bars and empty containers scattered around the corners of the property. We also had to ask for toilet paper, and other misc items...
