"Great customer service and check in. Nice poolside restaurant. The grounds are very nice but needs more landscaping. A few areas of improvement: The doors inside the apartment did not close at all including the bathroom door, some other things needed repair inside, the sheets did not fit the bed properly, the blankets in the suite didnât seem freshly washed. The pullout couch was ultra uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the mattress. "
"Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, especially the lovely guy with the glasses who worked the bar. Room was clean and well-maintained, pool was clean and nice, overall good. Minor complaints would be that the beds werenât very comfortable and the balcony door didnât open properly. Beer at the bar was also cheap. Would stay again. "
"The hotel is great, but you need a car to get to places around the hotel. The bedroom was great, clean and comfortable. The hotel is super nice! I recommend for families. Nice pool, coffee and all the things you need. "
