The staff was awesome especially Adrien. He got all our wrinkles worked out in no time. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The walk to the city center or Queens University is less than 20 minutes.
Staff very welcoming and attentive
Room was much bigger than expected with quirky en-suite and very clean, bed was super comfortable
Toiletries provided
Hotel was roughly 15 minute walk to the Crown pub and just over 20 minutes to the main square
Fabulous stay for two nights in Belfast. Last minute booking & was very lucky to find as it coincided with the Fleadh (which was fab, but I hadn't known about in advance!) Staff were super helpful & friendly. Great location near Queen's, which is a lovely leafy borough near the university. Walked everywhere from here, city centre, music festival, maritime quarter ... Great stay & hopefully will return soon :)
Helpful, friendly staff and good choice of food and drink both at breakfast and through the day/ evening. Good location for city centre but quiet surroundings.
Great location in terms of proximity to Queen's University Belfast, the Botanic Gardens, and Ulster Museum. The property and the street it's located on were nice; however, the surrounding neighborhood was gritty.
Room was minimalist, clean and the shower was excellent. Friendly staff and in a great location for the city centre.

It’s a budget hotel. Says it all really. Nothing really bad nothing outstanding. Best thing was location, walking distance to city centre but only on street parking.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with any of our enquiries. Although slightly further out of the centre than we expected it still only took a 15 minute walk. The room was very quiet and clean.
Overall a very pleasant visit. Staff were great, rooms clean and around a 20 minute walk into the main city centre.
Only small issue was the bathroom door didn’t close greatly. I would happily staff here again though.
