Charming 2-bedroom house in Bella Vista with private access to Tunnel Vision.

"Best rental I’ve booked. Very spacious, clean, full of amenities like single serve wine, snacks, bottled water, extra bathroom necessities in case you forgot to pack. Beautiful view and deck seating. I especially appreciated it being pet friendly, with no obvious signs of prior pets. No added fees. The only constructive feedback is the smaller bedroom needs a better mattress due to depressed sagging on one side of the mattress. Lovely house. Will recommend to my out of state family members!"

"This house is everything our group could have asked for and more! The lake is so calm and relaxing, the trees provide wonderful shade, the house is large but cozy, and the space offers many different experiences for all ages. Highly recommend! I'm very worried I won't be able to book this place again once everyone finds out about it!"

"One of the best VRBO properties at which we have ever stayed! The owners' welcome/area guidebook alone was almost worth the stay -- the best and most thorough presentation of house rules, places to see, things to do, and places to eat that we have ever seen (be SURE to check out their pizza recommendation -- it was fabulous!). The house itself was spacious and well-supplied, and it met our needs fully: comfy bed, large bathrooms, and ample dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The house was immaculate when we checked in and most welcoming. Communication with the hosts was outstanding throughout the reservation process, our stay, and our departure. The location was remote and gorgeous yet convenient to everything we wanted to do in the greater Bentonville area (again, the owners' guidebook was most helpful in this regard).All in all, a wonderful place to stay. When we visit Bella Vista again (and we certainly plan to), we will definitely plan to stay here again."

"Clean rooms. Beds were on the softer side but comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful. Appreciated the snack bowl filled with snacks. Good option for 3 to 4 people."

"This is a gem of a property from the house itself to the view from the deck and the dock and lake access! The house was clean, cozy, well stocked and truly felt like home. Located in a beautiful area, this charming house on Lake Avalon was the absolute perfect retreat for our family. A few highlights were kayaking around the lake, fishing from the dock, s'mores around the fire, star gazing at the dock, and hosting family for a home cooked meal. There is so much to do in the surrounding area as well! We hiked the Tanyard Waterfall trail, shopped in Bentonville square, boated on Beaver Lake, listened to music in the park in Rogers and attended the SOAR hot air balloon event at the fairgrounds (8/15/2026). This property and all that NWA has to offer are a 10 out of 10!"
