I look forward to going back to Arkansas just so I can stay there again. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere with such a marvelous host."

"We have stayed at a lot of properties on Beaver Lake and I would stay here again! I’m never sure when I pull up to a house, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in it was clean, comfy, and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked very nicely, and all of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The grounds are very nice with the ability to walk right to the lake. They hot tub was clean and when we went, it was a little cool in the mornings and in the evening so we were able to put it to use. Communication with the property manager was great and fast and they were very responsive. If you’re looking for a two bedroom house, this is a great choice!Something to note: we did pull a boat down to the house and it’s not super easy to back into the driveway. We were able to do it with our 24 foot boat but if we had had a boat any bigger, it might’ve been impossible. Just something to keep in mind. The water was very high at that time. If the water level is lower, you might be able to use the boat ramp gravel driveway, (which is right next to the house) and turn around at the bottom of the ramp but when we went, there was no room to turn around. "

"This property is lovely, and the proximity to the lake cant be beat! The rooms are nice, and there were plenty of rooms for all 5 of us. The kitchen has many tools for cooking, but it was lacking sharp cutting tools. The kitchen table and couch have beautiful views of the lake. My favorite spot in the mornings was on the deck, in a comfortabke chair under the porch fans, enjoying the gentle breeze. The lower deck is wonderful too with comfy furniture and the fire pit. The canoes and kayaks were a nice offering, and we enjoyed hopping in them and exploring the surrounding coves.The playground was fun for the younger child, and the wildlife watching was wonderful. My only complaints from this wonderful cozy cabin experience? The bathroom, being only one for five of us, was a bit tough, and while plenty of towels were generously offered, the bathroom felt old and grimy. I washed the shower curtain because it was slimy with orange residue. Overall, the stay was comfortable and memorable. We appreciate the thoughtful accomodations."

"Genuinely the most fabulous vacay. The tiny cabin was perfect. Super clean. Had all the cooking essentials. I really appreciated that it had a first aid kit, some toiletries, and plenty of towels! The AC in the cabin was also 10/10. Deck was perfect for fishing and tanning. Definitely will be back! "

"We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was absolutely perfect and the owner’s friendliness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home! We were able to host our daughter’s graduation reception at the onsite event hall and friend’s and family also commented on how beautiful Rosete Farm was! "

"This lake house is amazing. Lots of room to spread out. The kitchen has everything you need. My only tip would be to get an all wheel drive or four wheel drive. It was really tricky getting up the hill with a minivan. It is handicapped friendly inside the house. Big walkways and large shower, but it is gravel in the front and hard to get in the house with a walker. "
