"We had a great time here! The few negatives: the bed was really hard (but it was nice to have a king size bed), the room was cooled by an old school ac unit, which was loud, and kicked on and off, and the room was very dated and not very sound proof. I heard the birds early in the morning, very clearly. HOWEVER, I know they're slowly renovating the rooms so I'm giving allowance for that. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. "This place was beautifully and stylishly decorated and very clean. Pictures do not do the place justice. The main bedroom is very good sized. The second bed is up a narrow spiral staircase that our kids enjoyed…but I am not sure we would have enjoyed climbing up and down so much. There isn’t any sort of view out the windows, but that didn’t bother us since the lake was steps outside the door. Plus, the location gives you access to all the recreational equipment at the campsite next door...

"can't say I loved the place. It's in need of some upgrades . The cottage was cheap and we needed a getaway. You get a little less than what you pay for. We stayed in one of the cottages up front. The London flat room. The room is drafty with gaps in the doorway. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The shower is tiny and you can't adjust the head so short people like myself just get blasted in the face the whole time. The mini fridge froze everything we put in there. "The moment I walked into this home the views blew me away…but views are just the ‘icing on the cake’ to what makes this place so great! Everything about this home is well thought out and met our needs for a ‘home away from home’. Easy access to the lake, kayaks, outdoor living areas were set up & ready for us to just enjoy ourselves. We had an incredible time! Even our rainy ‘inside day’ felt like a beautiful day on the lake. Thank you!!"

"We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. The barn was a cozy place to come back to after a day of adventures. It was the perfect space for the four of us with an open plan and great windows. Beautiful, modern and clean.
"We were originally staying at a hotel in Bentonville, but the first night there, there was a tornado and power was lost, so we had to move to another town with power and found Hyatt Place with a vacancy. The front desk staff was superb! They let us check in earlier than the 3:00 check-in time and that helped us so much. After a night without sleep in the hotel that had a tornado and power, it was nice to be able to get into the room early to clean up and change clothes. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, and there were so many options! The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually get skeeved out in hotels, but I didn't here. The breakfast and bar area were very inviting as well."
