"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay."

"The room was clean. The furnishings were nice. They staff was super friendly. We interacted with 4 people who were super helpful and polite. The facility is fairly new, and we had a GREAT time!"

"Reasonably close to downtown, and yet affordable. The staff is friendly, the service is basic, but all I needed. It is smart to keep the car parked at the hotel: downtown is walkable, but it is a steep slope. Public Transport is available nearby: Planer Hill Park and Ride Welcome Center with Transit Service. Several restaurants nearby, if you don't want to descend into the canyon."

"Wasn’t a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great."

"A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Eureka Springs! Just a few steps away from spring street, it's within easy walking distance of restaurants (try Local Flavor! the best) and the historical museum. It's a great perk to be able to park your car in the reserved spot and not worry about street parking in ES. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was cozy and well appointed with everything we needed for an overnight getaway. The delivered breakfast was hot and delicious as well! We would definitely stay here again."
