"This was a wonderful place for us to get away for a long weekend. I felt like we were at a lake house that had been in our family for years so comfortable and homey. The host was great about letting us know if we did need something to let them know and they would come over and take care of it. But we were fine, this is wonderfully comfortable house; I need weeks there to put together the puzzles & play the wonderful family games they had that I grew up on. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and the grill was great. We loved having morning coffee waterside on the dock and on both of the porches. The lake view is stunning, I could spend all day just watching the water, fish jumping, & birds flying around. The bedroom we used was great, the best mattress we have slept on outside of our home in years, it made the stay so much better. We loved having kayaks available; but they had so much more that a family could use and enjoy the water with also. I would highly recommend staying here, and will look forward to trying to get back down here ourselves again in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful vacation lake house."

"One of the best VRBO properties at which we have ever stayed! The owners' welcome/area guidebook alone was almost worth the stay -- the best and most thorough presentation of house rules, places to see, things to do, and places to eat that we have ever seen (be SURE to check out their pizza recommendation -- it was fabulous!). The house itself was spacious and well-supplied, and it met our needs fully: comfy bed, large bathrooms, and ample dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The house was immaculate when we checked in and most welcoming. Communication with the hosts was outstanding throughout the reservation process, our stay, and our departure. The location was remote and gorgeous yet convenient to everything we wanted to do in the greater Bentonville area (again, the owners' guidebook was most helpful in this regard).All in all, a wonderful place to stay. When we visit Bella Vista again (and we certainly plan to), we will definitely plan to stay here again."

"Clean rooms. Beds were on the softer side but comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful. Appreciated the snack bowl filled with snacks. Good option for 3 to 4 people."
