"Das Hotel war super! Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch das Empfangspersonal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß, wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab kostenloses Wasser. Alles war rundum super! "

"Waren nur eine Nacht, aber dafür hat es uns in Hotel sehr gut gefallen, sehr angenehm zum übernachten, modern eingerichtet , genau nach unseren Geschmack. Was mich gestört hat, Expedia hat auf der Seite 4 Sterne angegeben, das finde ich als Betrug. Aber Gott sei dank hat das Hotel 4 Sterne niveau. "

"Fantastic location for exploring the citadel and all the old winding streets of San Marino - literally a five minute walk to the old town. Hotel car parking was straight forward and certainly worth while as we were arriving late afternoon and all the public car parks were full - if you’re driving then worth booking! Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was superb, with food to cater for everyone (we had 7+10 yr old children with us) and the waiter in particular...

"The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"
