Property was adequate but budget priced with all amenities required. Decor a little old and tired but beds were very comfortable and shower was hot and strong! A very friendly and relaxed environment, close to Geelong and all the towns of the Surf Coast.

From the outside this small unassuming motel gives the impression of a home not a motel. The garden outlook was lovely and the location quiet and convenient. The interior was fresh and bright and very clean

Good place to stay that is close enough to the near by towns along the coast, approximately a 10 minute drive to the esplanade of Torquay. Only stayed for a night so didn't use much of the room amenities. Walk in shower, had shampoo, conditioner & body wash stocked.
