"Beautiful hotel friendly,polite and exceptional service from all the staff.The resort has its own private beach and restaurant bar facilities. Recommend watch you tube video of hotel. 5 mins drive from Rodney bay marina Where the boat trip excursion's depart from. They have a complimentary shuttle bus service between the 4 sister hotels in Gros Let. Rooms are lovely and spacious and Well cleaned . Chrystal was amazing in greeting us on our arrival. "I had a great stay at the Harbor Club overall. However, I was disappointed to learn that on New Year’s Eve the hotel charged an additional $150 USD per person for the New Year’s Eve celebration, even though we were guests staying on the property."

"The experience started with the driver who we requested pick up from the hotel. Vaughn was knowledgeable and made the 90 minute ride from the airport enjoyable and we learned about the islands history as he drove us to the hotel. Cinesa at the front check in desk is friendly and helpful. Colin the owner greeted us like family. Our room which is 1 of 16 cottages on this very secured property is lovely. Only concern was the water knobs could give the temperature needed because it was a little faulty. The pancakes were heavenly at the small outdoor Coconuts restaurant on the property. Overall very pleasant experience. Will definitely return. "

"Lovely resort that feels like it is in the middle of the jungle. Great hike to see the Piton starts right behind the dining are. I love it that the owners preserve local historical buildings on top of a commitment to preserving the environment. All cottages are therefore different and a little piece of history. Staff is very helpful. Would recommend hiring a car for explorations beyond the resort and sugar beach. "

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and offered complimentary fruit punch, which set the tone for the entire experience. Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone."
