Room was clean, staff was nice, bed was comfy, kids enjoyed it - what more can you ask for in an overnight stay? Pool was open but we didn’t get a chance to use it - had more fun downtown Bellefontaine than expected. Included breakfast was decent. Skip the coffee and head to town for that.

Property is currently under renovation (so likely good things to come). It is a dated hotel however for the price it did what we needed it to. Outdoor pool was refreshing! Bottom of the shower could use a good scrubbing. Breakfast was good! Staff was very friendly and helpful with good food in the area and things to do.

The hotel was remodeling in different areas for the better. Our room was clean and comfortable. Scanty amenities. Just a couple soap bars. But there was a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was nice-both hot and cold food items. There was an outdoor pool but it had some algae and definitely needed some care. I would give the hotel a 7 out of 10. The staff was also friendly. Free parking as well.

Pool was a murky green and not able to be used. Clearly needed cleaning. Some renovations going on, which are needed. The renovation didn't bother us, but the carpet in the stairs and hallway were old, dirty, and smelled. Our room thankfully didn't have carpet, but the floor was damp and slippery--presumably from humid air condensating on the cold floor. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

The desk staff were wonderful. I phoned ahead requesting possible early check-in to get changed for pending wedding. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Thank you, desk staff! Also, requested upper room on quiet side and was given that as well. Motel was quiet, bed was excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory; the eating area was kept very neat and clean. All in all, an excellent experience. I am grateful. WCG
