"The room was very clean. The staff was helpful when my flight was delayed and I arrived in the early early morning. Breakfast was delicious and always the best manager reception! I will definitely come back on my next visit to Seattle, this was the perfect location, it was very close to downtown Seattle."

"I stay here once a year for work and I really enjoy the property and what it has to offer. Although I was surprised to find out that the hot tub is no longer accessible. I guess there are new owners and there will no longer be a hot tub available. Other than that I love how its close in proximity to food and shopping. I love that it has a mini fridge and microwave which is often not available at other places. Definitely will stay again in the future. "

"My room was clean and had a rolling chair by a desk, and a small arm chair. The guest laundry room was clean and spacious, though I didn't use it. There was also small business center with a computer and printer. The walls between the rooms were a bit thin, and I could hear people letting their doors slam, so consider earplugs. I felt safe and comfortable. I also loved the citrus soaps they stick for guests."

"The night staff was not able to accept U$ cash payment. It had to go on my credit card. I took that to be a sign that the facility was cutting back on staff training and quality. In the morning when I needed to get another packet of decaf the front desk was deserted. I finally found room service on my floor and they were happy to oblige. If you can find a better deal, take it. There was no charging on site for electric cars. Not even a 120v plug!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE, especially if you have children or are a person of color. My Kids and I had the WORST experience here. For starters there is mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom, rooms are dirty, they left a used bar soap in the shower along with hairs. The floor was sticky at the entrance next to the fridge and our window was broken from the outside. The racism and humiliation I experienced from the manager I do not wish upon even an enemy. I was yelled at and belittled in front of my 5yr old child. All because she threw up on the bed sheets that I offered to pay for if necessary. After paying an insane amount for the dirty linen I was told I had to leave and they’d no longer be doing business with me. As I walked away the manager said “it’s always people like them!” and continued to yell racist and disgusting things no human should ever have to hear. I gladly left this place and am yet to receive a refund for the remainder of my nights paid for. "
