Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Limpeza terrível, quarto sujo, com formigas, empoeirado, muito mofo, café da manhã péssimo, paredes descascadas, porta do banheiro aos pedaços. O que salva o hotel realmente são os funcionários, muito solícitos e queridos.

PÉSSIMO!

Pessoas antipáticas e amargas trabalhando no hotel, com exceção de apenas 2 meninas do turno da noite, ninguém dava um sorriso e todos trabalhando de mau humor. Hotel cheio de mofo e locais sujos, toalhas manchadas e o quarto luxo não tinha nada de luxo. Café da manhã mediano, mas se chegasse depois das 9h não tinha muita coisa e as funcionárias falavam que tinha acabado pra repor. A gerente do hotel quase não ficava lá e ainda saí uma diária antes e não me reembolsou. Única coisa boa era a cama, de resto, tudo ruim. Não percam tempo reservando o hotel, pq tem outros com mesmo preço. Ahhh piscina não tem, está em manutenção e piso todo quebrado da escada.

Espero que seja melhor na minha próxima estadia.

Sempre fico no Metropole, é um ótimo hotel, mas dessa vez o check-in atrasou (o que não é um problema), mas acabaram nos colocando em um quarto bem ruim, no primeiro andar, a noite teve montagem de feira na rua e foi a noite toda barulho de ferragem e pessoas conversando alto. Espero que na próxima seja melhor.

O quarto estava limpo mas cheio de buraco na parede , na hora da saida atendimento ruim recepcionista grosseira, na chegada ninguém para ajudar com as malas,não tinha toalhas nem um tapete no banheiro muito escorregadio.

Infelizmente uma experiência horrível! As instalações das habitações são velhas, sem manutenção, com muito mofo e pequenas e desorganizadas. A arquitetura do hotel é muito bonita, acredito que uma boa manutenção/reforma geral ajudaria a solucionar o problema.

Hotel bem localizado, banheiro e quarto amplos, tv canais da região, ar condicionado bom, café da manhã razoável, e sortido, porém falta frescor nas coisas, pão fresquinho faltou, bolo, folhados, etc. Se der algum problema esquece eles não resolvem, chuveiro frio e permaneceu frio com defeito, notifiquei 04 vezes durante dois dias e nada, Falta boa vontade de resolver as coisas, assuntos administrativa são mais importante que os clientes para maioria dos colaboradores. Isto complica muito. A estrutura do prédio e boa, localização boa. Mas falta zelo e presteza no resolver problemas.

Hotel bem ruim, os atendentes não sabem responder as demandas, erraram meu quarto 2 vezes, era de casal e só tinha de solteiro disponível, quartos bagunçados e sem arrumação prévia, quartos com mofo e parede descascando. Choveu e os corredores ficaram ensopados e com goteiras.

Já me hospedei nesse hotel diversas vezes, mas dessa vez tivemos problemas no chuveiro, salvo engano do andar inteiro. A promessa era do técnico chegar em 1 hora, mas nao tinhamos tempo para aguardar, de modo que a saida foi tomar banho frio. Alem disso, achei o café da manhã um pouco "menos bom" do que das demais vezes, apesar da diária ter sido consideravelmente mais cara do que a de 3 meses atras, quando também me hospedei la.

Solicitado alteração de quarto por barulho não atendida, solicitado ferro de passar não disponibilizado, noa há passadoria, não há secadores no banheiro, solicitado e não atendido também. Bom, barato e com ótimo atendimento

Já fiquei nesse hotel em outras oportunidades. Nesse sentido, a presente avaliação é mais sucinta e pontual, considerando as outras que já fiz. O prédio é bem localizado em região central, servida de comércios, serviços e transportes. O hotel oferece diferentes tipos de quartos e eu fiquei em um de solteiro simples, com TV, ar condicionado, frigobar, banheiro e wifi. O atendimento é ótimo!

Simples que funciona. Localização excelente.

Após ler algumas avaliações fiquei com receio do que ia encontrar, mas me surpreendeu positivamente. A localização é um ponto forte, fazíamos quase tudo a pé. As camas são boas, o quarto era arejado. Tem uma aparência antinga, mas clássica que me agrada. O quarto estava recém pintado, chuveiro bom. Toalhas e roupas de cama antigas, mas limpas. Cafe da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Equipe de recepção era atenciosa. Tinha um caldo a noite, mas preferimos comer fora, mas é uma opção para quem não quer sair. Voltaria, atendeu a necessidade da minha viagem a trabalho.

Estrutura do hotel um pouco velha, com algumas paredes deterioradas. O quarto que fiquei pegava poucos canais (nem sequer tinha globo) e alguns lençóis estavam sujos com marca de sapato. O café da manhã era ok…nada demais, mas também não era ruim.
