"Carpets were sticky feeling/had stains, I could see parts of the dry wall coming off in the hall window after rain. None of the vending machines were filled (went to each floor to check). Fire alarm went off 4 times in one day, two of them happened after 11pm. Staff was willing to comp one night because of it but I have to go through Expedia to get it."

"The hotel was okay, but we were disappointed that there was no pool. Also, the breakfast pictured includes omelets which were not available and pancakes (the machine was broken). Finally, we had to pay for parking in an area that seemed attached to a strip mall."

"The location was convenient. The room bathroom shower rod wasn’t properly installed so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay expanded. There was a cracked mirror on the closet door. The pet and parking fee was unexpected. The reception and kitchen staff weren’t as friendly as you would expect."
