These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "Great hotel overall — clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. A few downsides: construction noise in the middle of the day, the beach staff ran out of towels and it took a long time to get even one, and the breakfast selection was pretty limited. Still a solid stay, just room for improvement."

"This was the worst and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, let alone at a St. Regis. I would have expected the highest quality service and food while I relaxed, but instead found myself with food poisoning, running around trying to serve myself, and leaving restaurants and bars early without eating or drinking after waiting hours for service. Even when I was finally able to place an order or receive service, 9 times out of 10 I was forgotten and never received what I ordered/asked for. This was an abysmal waste of my time and was the furthest thing from relaxation. I do NOT recommend."

"A truly amazing resort and spa. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The staff were all extremely skilled, helpful, and friendly. The amenities abounded, and the spa offered many services. We had a lovely paella at the Mediterranean restaurant on site. Having pools and the sea accessible was also wonderful."

"We had booked 2 apartments for 2 famies of 8 people and arrived really early due to the way our train was scheduled - check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived 9:30 am, seeing how tired we were and given our apartments aren't ready (people need to check out before they can prepare the apartments for us) the two ladies at the reception ikram and iftisum - arranged for another apartment where we can rest until our apartments are ready- I just don't take this type of amazing service for granted. what an amazing service. I am a Hilton Dimond member but the 2 Hiltons are sold out so I picked this hotel , and now I want to come back in April and will only stay in this hotel - the property, amenities , service all 5 stars - just couldn't ask for more - Thank you so much - this will be my only stay place Everytime I come to Tangier (but please make sure to rent a car as taxi is bit hard to find nearby) "
