"The outdoor pool was green and not maintained. It was the beginning of May so it should have been ready for use. The shower curtain in the room was too short so water leaked out with every shower. The A/C unit sounded like a dying animal when the compressor kicked on making sleep difficult. I’ll be staying somewhere else from now on!"

When we got there early we could not check early on a late Monday morning and we were NOT informed that the pool was empty and not available to use via the website nor when we checked in. "I stayed 2 nights 2 years ago and paid $25 total for both nights for my small dog. Last year i was told they were not charging anymore for pets. This year they charged me $25 for both nights total $50. The carpet in my room was filthy. The carpet on the staircase was so badly worn it was frayed and sticking up on the steps which is a tripping hazard. "
